     BANK HOLIDAYS IN MAY 2022   :- Banks to remain close in these days in MAY 2022

 

 Month of May  has begin with its 1st holiday .    Banks in India are likely to remin closed  for upto 11 days in MAY 2022 , including  2nd and 4th saturday , sundays and festival holidays . 

                As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) there will be four days in  the month when banks will  remain shut . While there are some  regular bank holidays that will be observed across   the country , there are  a few which are going to be state or regional

 01 MAY  :- Labour Day 

02 MAY :-Ramjan-EID ( Eid -UL-Fitra)

03 MAY :- Akshay Tritiya /   Bhagwan    Shree  Purushottam  Jayanti    / Ramjan -EID (Eid-UL-Fitra)

08 MAY :- Weekly Off (2nd sunday) 

09 MAY :- Birthday of Rabindra Nath Tagore 

14 MAY :- 2nd Saturday

15 MAY :- Weekly Off ( 3rd sunday)

19 MAY :- Budha Purnima(Thursday) 

22 MAY :- Weekly Off (4th Sunday)

28 MAY:- 4th Saturday

29 MAY :-  Weekly Off (5th Sunday)
